01About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.zaplixworld.com, purchase of products directly from the website, and use of related Zaplix services such as product authentication, warranty registration and customer support.

\"Zaplix\", \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\" means Zaplix, a brand operated by Zaplix Lifestyle Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its principal / registered business address at No. 11, 8th Cross, Sudhamanagar, Bangalore - 560027, Karnataka, India.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any policy or product-specific terms expressly incorporated into your transaction. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

02Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian should place the order and provide any legally required consent on your behalf.

03Account and information accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for safeguarding any account credentials or OTPs. Notify Zaplix promptly if you believe your account or order information has been misused.

04Product information

Zaplix aims to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, specifications, images, colours, care information and compatibility details. Minor visual differences may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances or permitted production variation.

Material specifications or product claims that are essential to the purchase will not be intentionally misrepresented. Where a product-specific instruction, warning or warranty is supplied, it forms part of the applicable product terms.

05Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment. Acceptance occurs when Zaplix confirms fulfilment / dispatch or otherwise expressly accepts the order.

Zaplix may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason stated in the Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law and refund of any amount due.

06Prices, taxes and charges

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD handling fees or other charges will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order. Optional paid services will not be added through pre-ticked boxes or other automatic consent.

07Payments

Payment is processed through supported payment methods displayed at checkout. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms. Zaplix may take reasonable measures to verify transactions, prevent fraud and protect customers.

08COD and RTO

Cash on Delivery may be limited by serviceability, order value, product or delivery-risk factors. COD orders may require confirmation. Repeated unjustified COD refusal or customer-caused RTO may result in prepaid-only ordering or a partial advance requirement for future orders. The COD & RTO Policy forms part of these Terms.

09Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the policies published on the website and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. These policies do not exclude consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Warranty

Warranty duration and coverage vary by product. The applicable warranty will be shown on the product page, packaging, warranty card or registration page. The Standard Warranty Policy explains the general process and exclusions.

11Product authentication and registration

Certain products include a unique QR / serial-number authentication system. Authentication or registration may require name, mobile number, email address, serial number and mandatory invoice upload. Providing false information, using an altered serial number, attempting to register counterfeit goods, or attempting to defeat duplicate-verification controls is prohibited.

Marketing consent is not bundled with product authentication. Where marketing messages are optional, the customer will be provided a separate choice.

12Promotions, coupons and referrals

A promotion is subject to the specific terms displayed with that promotion. Unless stated otherwise, codes have no cash value, may not be combined, and may be limited by product, account, order or validity period. Fraud, automated abuse, duplicate-account manipulation or resale of promotional benefits may result in cancellation of the benefit.

13Product reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you must have the right to submit it and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or fraudulent. You grant Zaplix a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the website and products, subject to applicable privacy and advertising law.

Zaplix may moderate or remove unlawful, fake, irrelevant or abusive content, but will not fabricate customer reviews or misrepresent reviews as independent consumer opinions.

14Intellectual property

The Zaplix name, logo, brand assets, website design, product photography, graphics, text, packaging artwork, authentication system and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zaplix. No ownership right is transferred to you by website access or product purchase.

You may use website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless Zaplix gives prior written permission. Copying, scraping, reproducing, counterfeiting, altering or commercially exploiting protected content or authentication features is prohibited except where law permits.

15Acceptable use

You must not use the website to commit fraud, introduce malicious code, probe security, scrape protected data at scale, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, misuse customer-support channels, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

16Product safety and responsible use

Fitness and performance products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the supplied instructions and warnings. Inspect products before use and stop using any product that appears damaged or unsafe. Zaplix products are not medical devices unless expressly stated and are not a substitute for medical advice.

17Third-party services and links

The website may rely on third-party payment, logistics, hosting, analytics, customer-support or communication services. A third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Zaplix is responsible for its own legal obligations but is not responsible for a third party\'s independent service outside Zaplix\'s reasonable control.

18Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Product Authentication & Warranty Registration Terms. Customers should review those documents before submitting personal data.

19Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaplix is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from a breach of a mandatory legal duty. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising under applicable product-liability or consumer-protection law.

20Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss directly caused by your fraudulent, unlawful or infringing misuse of the website or Zaplix intellectual property. This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify Zaplix for Zaplix\'s own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of mandatory duty.

21Force majeure

Zaplix will not be responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disaster, transport shutdown, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, government restriction, major network outage or carrier disruption, provided Zaplix takes reasonable steps to mitigate the effect and complies with any mandatory customer remedy.

22Suspension and security

Zaplix may suspend access or an order-related feature where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, payment systems, authentication systems or legal compliance. Any action affecting a confirmed consumer order will remain subject to the applicable consumer rights and refund obligations.

23Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and any right to approach a Consumer Commission or other competent authority, courts having lawful jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka may hear disputes connected with these Terms.

24Changes

Zaplix may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in law, products, technology or operations. The updated date will be shown on the website. A material change will not retroactively remove rights already accrued under a completed transaction unless law permits.
