Promotions Coupons Terms

01Scope

These Promotions, Coupons & Referral Terms apply to discount codes, launch offers, influencer codes, referral benefits, free gifts and similar promotional campaigns offered by Zaplix unless campaign-specific terms state otherwise.

02Promotion-specific terms

Each promotion may have a validity period, eligible products, minimum order value, customer eligibility, usage limit, geographic restriction or other condition. Those specific terms will be disclosed with the promotion and form part of these general terms.

03Redemption

Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promotional code may be used per order, a code cannot be exchanged for cash and unused value is not redeemable as cash. A promotion applies only when successfully accepted by the checkout before order confirmation.

04No hidden or forced additions

Zaplix will not use a promotion to automatically add a paid item or service to the customer\'s basket without explicit consent. Free gifts or promotional items should be identified as such.

05Returns and refunds

If a promoted order is returned or partially returned, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after allocating the applicable discount. If a free gift was conditional on the purchase and the qualifying purchase is returned, the customer may be required to return the unused free gift or the disclosed gift value may be adjusted from the refund where legally permitted.

06Cancellation

If Zaplix cancels a qualifying order, the promotion may expire unless the campaign terms provide a replacement code. Any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation / Refund policies. A coupon itself has no cash refund value unless law or the campaign terms require otherwise.

07Referral and influencer codes

Referral or influencer codes may provide a customer discount and may also provide a commission or benefit to the referrer / creator. Where advertising-disclosure rules require it, creators and affiliates are responsible for making the commercial relationship clear in their promotional content.

08Abuse and fraud

Zaplix may cancel a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse, including fake accounts, self-referral prohibited by the campaign, automated code testing, manipulation of returns, resale of single-use codes or coordinated attempts to exceed stated usage limits.

Any action against abuse will be proportionate and will not remove a consumer\'s statutory right to refund or remedy for an otherwise valid transaction.

09Changes or withdrawal

Zaplix may modify or withdraw a promotion prospectively where reasonably necessary, but will not use a change to mislead customers or retroactively remove a benefit already validly earned under a completed order.

10Errors

If a technical error causes a promotion to be displayed or applied in an obviously unintended manner, Zaplix may contact the customer before dispatch to correct or cancel the affected transaction and refund any amount due, subject to applicable law.
