Anti Counterfeit Policy

01Purpose

This Intellectual Property, Anti-Counterfeit & Authorized Seller Policy explains how Zaplix protects its brand assets and authentication system and how customers can identify or report suspected counterfeit products.

02Zaplix intellectual property

The Zaplix name, word marks, logos, symbols, packaging artwork, product graphics, photographs, videos, website content, manuals, product names, proprietary design elements, authentication labels and other creative / proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zaplix Lifestyle Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

03Permitted customer use

Customers may view and share website links and may post genuine photographs or reviews of products they lawfully own. Purchase of a product does not grant a licence to reproduce Zaplix branding, packaging, authentication labels, website assets or product artwork for commercial purposes.

04Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission or another lawful basis, no person may:

• manufacture, import, market or sell counterfeit goods bearing Zaplix branding;
• copy, reproduce or materially imitate Zaplix authentication labels, QR codes or serial-number systems;
• remove or alter a serial number to misrepresent a product\'s identity or origin;
• use Zaplix trademarks, logos or product images in a way that falsely suggests authorization, sponsorship or official reseller status;
• scrape or reproduce substantial website content for a competing commercial catalogue; or
• register confusingly similar digital identifiers or pages for fraudulent / passing-off purposes.

05Authorized sellers

A seller is an \"authorized Zaplix seller\" only if Zaplix or Zaplix Lifestyle Private Limited has expressly authorized that seller in writing or lists the seller / channel as authorized. A person who lawfully resells a genuine product does not automatically become an authorized commercial dealer or representative of Zaplix.

06Purchases from unauthorized sources

Zaplix cannot guarantee the condition, storage history, invoice authenticity or authenticity representations made by an unauthorized seller. Voluntary manufacturer warranty or promotional benefits may require a valid invoice from Zaplix or an authorized seller where the product-specific warranty states this.

This does not remove any statutory rights a consumer may have against the actual seller of the product.

07QR and serial-number verification

A genuine serial number is intended to be unique to the product record. A verification result helps assess authenticity but should be considered together with the invoice, product details and any manual review. A failed or duplicate result may be investigated before Zaplix concludes that a product is counterfeit.

08Reporting suspected counterfeits

Customers, sellers or partners may report suspected counterfeit or unauthorized commercial use to support@zaplixworld.com or support@zaplixworld.com. Please provide the seller name / link, purchase invoice where available, product photographs, packaging photographs and the serial / QR information.

09Enforcement

Zaplix may investigate suspected infringement and take proportionate action permitted by law, including platform notices, customs / marketplace cooperation, preservation of evidence, civil remedies or referral to competent authorities. Zaplix will not knowingly make a false infringement report.

10Customer safety

If a suspected counterfeit product may present a safety risk, discontinue use and contact support. Do not rely on a counterfeit or altered product for load-bearing or resistance exercise merely because it resembles a genuine Zaplix item.
