<section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-1"><h2><span class="zpx-num">01</span>Scope</h2><p>This Payment & Refund Policy explains payment authorization, COD fees, failed or duplicate payments and how approved refunds are processed for orders placed directly on <a href="https://zaplixworld.com">www.zaplixworld.com</a>.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-2"><h2><span class="zpx-num">02</span>Supported payment methods</h2><p>The payment methods available for a particular order will be displayed at checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, supported payment-provider options and Cash on Delivery where eligible.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-3"><h2><span class="zpx-num">03</span>Payment providers and security</h2><p>Online payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Zaplix generally receives transaction status, reference numbers and masked payment details needed to manage the order, rather than full card credentials. Customers should not send full card numbers, CVV or banking passwords to Zaplix support.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-4"><h2><span class="zpx-num">04</span>Prices, taxes and fees</h2><p>The total payable amount, including applicable taxes, shipping and any COD / service fee, will be displayed before order confirmation. Zaplix will not intentionally add hidden charges after the customer has confirmed the transaction.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-5"><h2><span class="zpx-num">05</span>Payment authorization</h2><p>An order may be held until payment authorization is received. A payment shown as debited by the customer\'s bank but not confirmed to Zaplix may be treated as pending until the payment provider reconciles the transaction.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-6"><h2><span class="zpx-num">06</span>Failed or duplicate payments</h2><p>If a payment fails but the bank shows a debit, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank / payment provider. If Zaplix receives a duplicate successful payment for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-7"><h2><span class="zpx-num">07</span>COD</h2><p>Eligible COD orders may carry a Rs. 49 handling fee if displayed at checkout. COD may require confirmation before dispatch and may be restricted under the COD & RTO Policy.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-8"><h2><span class="zpx-num">08</span>When refunds are issued</h2><p>Refunds are issued only after the relevant cancellation, return, replacement, failed-order, duplicate-payment or other entitlement has been approved under the applicable policy or law.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-9"><h2><span class="zpx-num">09</span>Refund method</h2><p>Prepaid refunds will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method. COD refunds may require the customer to provide a verified UPI ID or bank account. If the original method cannot receive the refund, Zaplix may offer another lawful method after verification.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-10"><h2><span class="zpx-num">10</span>Refund timing</h2><p>Zaplix aims to initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after the refund becomes due and the necessary return / verification steps are completed. The bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway may require additional time to reflect the credit. Mandatory legal timelines will prevail where applicable.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-11"><h2><span class="zpx-num">11</span>Refund deductions</h2><p>Any lawful deduction for a change-of-mind reverse pickup, customer-caused prepaid RTO or retained promotional item must be permitted by the applicable published policy and communicated transparently. No such deduction will be imposed for a genuine seller-caused wrong, defective or damaged shipment where a full remedy is required.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-12"><h2><span class="zpx-num">12</span>Chargebacks and payment disputes</h2><p>If you do not recognize a Zaplix payment or believe a refund is overdue, contact support promptly so we can investigate. Zaplix may provide transaction and delivery evidence to a payment provider when responding to a chargeback. Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from exercising a lawful chargeback or consumer remedy.</p></section><section class="zpx-sec" id="zpx-14-13"><h2><span class="zpx-num">13</span>Fraud prevention</h2><p>Zaplix may use reasonable fraud controls, including payment verification, order review, IP / device risk signals and identity / delivery confirmation. A legitimate order may occasionally be held for manual verification.
